A common molester ploy is to convince a child that what he or she is doing to them is actually an act of love, or a way to express love. Molesters often use other real life experiences to convince the child of this, such as talking about sexual relations as a way adults express love, and telling the child that this is something all people should do to express love.
In this book, we talk about love, and what it means to love. We go over several scenarios of what love is, and just as important, what it isn’t. We reinforce a child’s perception of love, to make it difficult for a molester to convince a child that sexual advances are actually an act of love.
