Most people focus on fatalities when talking about safety matters, but for every death, there are many more hospital visits, traumatic brain injuries, and other serious accidents that may not be fatal, but are nightmares for parents and long lasting effects for the children. Consider the statistics below and we think you’ll come away with a new appreciation for just how important safety training really is.

Around 60 percent of all child murder-abductions are at the hands of someone the child knew.
