There are many things that everyday citizens can do to help in the fight for children. One of the most important right now, is to get involved in the fight against child pornography. Our current focus, is aimed at ridding newsgroups of child porn images. It has gotten to be a huge problem, and kiddie porn companies regularly spam even adult pornography newsgroups in order to expand their influence and trap more people. Worst part is, nothing is being done about it. With simple measures requiring newsgroups to hire a person to monitor their content and delete illegal materials, the flow of child pornography into these places could be stopped altogether. Help us by sending a letter to your local representative, encouraging legislation that would stop newsgroup child pornography. You can download a sample letter to use.
